- Notizie finanziarie aggregate da fonti pubbliche
- Spiegazioni generate da intelligenza artificiale di eventi di mercato
- Un portafoglio virtuale simulato (nessun denaro reale)
- Sistema di gamification educativo (XP, badge, livelli)
InsiderFlow non è una piattaforma di trading, non gestisce denaro reale e non è registrata come consulente finanziario o broker.
2. Description of Service
InsiderFlow is a mobile app that provides:
- Visualization of institutional fund movements based on public SEC 13F filings
- Real-time market data and quotes from third-party sources
- Financial news aggregated from public sources
- AI-generated explanations of market events
- A simulated virtual portfolio (no real money)
- Educational gamification system (XP, badges, levels)
InsiderFlow is not a trading platform, does not handle real money, and is not registered as a financial advisor or broker.
3. Limitazione di responsabilità
Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge applicabile:
- InsiderFlow fornisce informazioni "così come sono" (as-is) senza garanzie di accuratezza, completezza o tempestività

3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- InsiderFlow provides information "as-is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
- InsiderFlow is not responsible for any financial losses arising from the use of information provided by the app
- Third-party data (quotes, news, SEC filings) may contain errors or delays; InsiderFlow does not independently verify them
- AI-generated explanations are automated and may be inaccurate; they should not be used for real financial decisions
- InsiderFlow does not guarantee continuous service availability
4. Portafoglio virtuale
La funzione "Imita Mossa" e il portafoglio virtuale sono strumenti di simulazione educativa. Nessuna operazione eseguita nell'app comporta transazioni finanziarie reali, trasferimento di denaro o accesso a conti bancari o di investimento dell'utente.
I rendimenti mostrati nel portafoglio virtuale sono simulazioni basate su dati storici e prezzi indicativi; non rappresentano rendimenti reali ottenibili.
4. Virtual Portfolio
The "Copy Move" feature and virtual portfolio are educational simulation tools. No operation executed in the app involves real financial transactions, money transfers, or access to the user's bank or investment accounts.
Returns shown in the virtual portfolio are simulations based on historical data and indicative prices; they do not represent achievable real returns.

Il codice sorgente, il design, il logo, i testi originali e il sistema di gamification di InsiderFlow sono di proprietà di Riccardo Mattucci e sono protetti dalle leggi sul diritto d'autore.
I dati di mercato, i filing SEC, le notizie e le quotazioni sono di proprietà delle rispettive fonti (SEC, FMP, Finnhub, Alpha Vantage, ecc.) e sono soggetti alle loro licenze d'uso.
5. Intellectual Property
The source code, design, logo, original texts, and gamification system of InsiderFlow are the property of Riccardo Mattucci and are protected by copyright law.
Market data, SEC filings, news, and quotes are the property of their respective sources (SEC, FMP, Finnhub, Alpha Vantage, etc.) and are subject to their usage licenses.

Utilizzando InsiderFlow l'utente si impegna a non:
- Usare l'app per scopi illegali o che violino diritti di terzi
- Tentare di accedere in modo non autorizzato ai sistemi dell'app
- Riprodurre, modificare o distribuire il contenuto dell'app senza autorizzazione
- Usare l'app se ha meno di 13 anni
6. User Conduct
By using InsiderFlow, the user agrees not to:
- Use the app for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to app systems
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute app content without authorization
- Use the app if under 13 years of age
7. Modifiche al servizio e ai termini
InsiderFlow si riserva il diritto di modificare, sospendere o interrompere il servizio in qualsiasi momento. Ci riserviamo inoltre il diritto di aggiornare questi Termini. 7. Service and Terms Modifications
InsiderFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Legge applicabile
Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il Foro di Roma, salvo diversa disposizione di legge inderogabile a tutela del consumatore.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the courts of Rome shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
